My Approach
Every founder has a different challenge.
Some are preparing for a fundraise. Some are hiring their first leadership team. Others are trying to figure out why every decision still flows through them.
While every company is different, I've found the underlying challenge is usually the same:
Growth creates complexity faster than most companies create structure.
That's where I do my best work.
Throughout my career, I've been drawn to situations where ambitious teams are trying to solve difficult problems, but the organization around them hasn't caught up yet. Whether leading cross-functional initiatives inside organizations or partnering with early-stage founders today, my role has always been the same: bring clarity to complexity by aligning people, improving processes, and thoughtfully leveraging technology.
I don't believe in adding process for the sake of process, and I don't believe every problem needs a new tool. The best companies succeed because their people are aligned, execution is intentional, and technology supports the way teams work not the other way around.
My goal is simple: to help founders spend less time coordinating the business and more time leading it. Every engagement is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the stage of your company, with one focus—building the foundation that allows teams to grow with clarity and confidence.
